Conab
Today I was with Renato in a meeting, at Conab in Brasília. Conab is a acronym in Portuguese that means Brazilian’s National Food Supply Company. There, we had a conversation with superintendent of agribusiness information and the manager of crops evaluation. It was a very good opportunity to understand the methodologies of agriculture’s data gathering and how the the collected data is analysed and used by government and public.
